Almost walked away due to warranty person My interaction with the salesman was uneventful. We came in to look at a used BMW so we had done some research ahead of time. He was kind of like buy My interaction with the salesman was uneventful. We came in to look at a used BMW so we had done some research ahead of time. He was kind of like buy it or don't, he doesn't really care. Which on one hand was nice that he wasn't pressuring us but on the other hand, just seemed disinterested in general. I wasn't feeling that great about the deal we got on the vehicle and when we sat down to do the finances and the lady started talking about all the warranties, I was ready to walk away. She was pushing the warranties so hard but from the perspective of you really need these because the rims are a weaker metal so they'll dent more easily and you'll be out so much money and this happens all the time....and you're going to need to replace all this stuff and it's so expensive. I'm seriously doubting why I'm buying this car that she just convinced me is going to continue to suck money out of me....but why would they sell these warranties if they're not making money on them most of the time??? I was really sick at the time of the sale and just bought the car anyway but I looked at my husband and mumbled, "is she trying to get us to walk away???" Uneventful and not impressed. Who makes the person buying it feel like they are getting a crappy deal and will have to continually dump a lot of money into it? More

Great place to take your BMW Always a great visit to Jake Sweeney BMW. Took my X5 for recall service and was greeted by the guys in service, Don Johnson, and Dana Eby. Taken care Always a great visit to Jake Sweeney BMW. Took my X5 for recall service and was greeted by the guys in service, Don Johnson, and Dana Eby. Taken care of quickly and given a loaner of a new X3. When I was told my car was finished, I took the X3 back and had the same great service and my dirty X5 was even washed. Also greeted by salesman, Jon, and spoke a bit about new I 8! Thank you for the great service and care of my vehicle and myself. I would come hang out if I could: it’s that cool! More

Excellent customer service The gentleman that helped me in the garage (Chris Freeman) was fantastic, very friendly and accomodating. When I was trying to clean off the area wher The gentleman that helped me in the garage (Chris Freeman) was fantastic, very friendly and accomodating. When I was trying to clean off the area where paint was chipped, he insisted on wiping it off himself so I wouldn’t get dirty. He helped me both days that I came in, helped me out of the car and helped me with my belongings and introduced me to Dana. Dana was terrific...she was organized, friendly and thorough. Shortly after leaving, she sent me a text message to say I could contact her at anytime and gave me a link to check up on my repairs. She checked on me the entire time my car was in the shop. I was very impressed by the customer service from start to finish. Excellent job!! Additionally, Jon Ogden did a great job directing me to service for my repairs as he was my salesman. The day my car was ready after I bought it, he even picked me up at my house to bring me into the dealership on his way to work. I am very impressed with your dealership. More

Great experience working with Jon Ogden We purchased an X5 from Jon Ogden site unseen and had it shipped to WA. He sent lots of detailed pics, kept us up to date on the shipping timeline and We purchased an X5 from Jon Ogden site unseen and had it shipped to WA. He sent lots of detailed pics, kept us up to date on the shipping timeline and the time of when it would arrive. The whole process was very easy and the car was in even better condition than I pictured. F&I didn’t disclose the doc fee that was added in our loan which I didn’t really like but they immediately made it right and said they would refund the amount to us. They got us a competitive rate too so we didn’t have to call our local bank. Call Jon Ogden! More
