I have nothing but positive feedback about my recent visit to Folsom Lake Ford. Gary Katz, the salesperson I worked with, was outstanding — knowledgeable, attentive, and never once made me feel pressure visit to Folsom Lake Ford. He took the time to answer all of my questions and let me work through the decision at my own pace, which I really appreciated. It was a refreshing experience, and a big part of that was due to the quality of the staff. The team should be proud of how they treat customers.
