I will never buy a Ford again. Needing to have the same major part replaced in just a few years is ridiculous and for the dealership to take so little responsibility is unforgiveab Needing to have the same major part replaced in just a few years is ridiculous and for the dealership to take so little responsibility is unforgiveable in my book. Every Ford Escape owner I have spoken to has had issues with either the lower engine block or the transmission. El Dorado County stopped buying Ford Escapes for this reason and switched to buying a Chevy vehicle. The fact that Ford has done nothing to correct the issue, but keeps selling the same defective vehicles, speaks volumes regarding what they care about. More

I had a solid experience considering I am a person who doesn't enjoy the dealership experience. Granted I had X Plan with Ford through my company.
