From Service to Sales I brought my 2012 Chevy Sonic in for service and since I was not happy with having to spend money on a vehicle that was used when I bought it and had I brought my 2012 Chevy Sonic in for service and since I was not happy with having to spend money on a vehicle that was used when I bought it and had a lot of miles on it. I was sent to a very nice sales associate, Jon Shoop and Melvin Lopez. They treated me like family. They understood my concerns and managed to work around it. It helped that the service experience with Michael went so smoothly just a few months earlier. This time I traded in my vehicle and received an honest value for the trade in. I was treated so nice by Jon Shoop and Mel Lopez in the search for the perfect vehicle. I drove several cars to decide which size was a perfect fit for my family.
