Sands saved the day! I recently bought a brand new chevy silverado from another dealership in the valley. I had a horrible experience and ended up regreting my purchase. I thought i would be stuck with the truck for at least a few years before i could swing getting the one i should have gotten. so about 3 months later i stoped by sands and talked to Jon Shoop. Hes a great guy and a silverado owner himself. He was very knowledgeable about the thruck and showed me so many things i didn't know about it. Anyway after a little but we sat down and ran some numbers. When it was all said and done i had a better bigger truck at a great price and only lost 200bucks! Not a bad deal in my mind. Overall i had a great experience with Jon and the whole team at Sands Cheverolet. Thank you guys so much I Love my new truck! More

Jon Shoop was also a pleasure to work with. He was also patient with us when he and Ryan came to personally deliver my vehicle. The entire process took a little longer than expected as we were being thorough and making sure all of our paperwork was in order and asking Ryan questions. John was very friendly and knowdgeable as well. all in all a great experience with everyone at sands by even more so with these two guys. More

When I finally made it in there, I was greeted by a salesman who was able to get me Jon. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the vehicles on his lot. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, I just knew I wanted an SUV of some sort. He pointed me in the direction of the Equinox. He found one that fit my desired needs. We drove it, discussed options, and the rest of history. It was one of the best car buying experiences I have had in a long time. Jon let me know exactly what was going on, he walked me through each step, and was there until the very end. I would recommend Jon Shoop at Sands Chevrolet in Glendale. More

Malibu 2014?? Very friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly took our needs into consideration. Thanks Jon! Beau was very good at meeting our needs not only with pricing, but with getting the financial paperwork done in a timely fashion as we did not have a lot of time to spend at the dealership that day. Rhonda and the service department I give my hat off too. There were some things that needed to be addressed with the car and Rhonda and the service department took very good care of us. I felt like it was Christmas morning when Adam, my service adviser, handed me the keys to my car and did the final walk around of my car before I took it home. Good job everyone! More

Jon was super helpful and very knowledgable about the cars on the lot. I instantly fell in love with the 2014 cruze in gunmetal grey. Lol he was running Round the building in dress shoes (which we all know dress shoes and running... No good!) just so I was satisfied. He knew what I wanted and made sure I got it! He was great when it can to figuring out the financial part of it too and even got us great rating! If I had to do it again I know job would be the guy I would go to! He wasn't pushy or rude which we all know some sales men can be! He took the time to get to know what I wanted and he went above and beyond to make sure that's what I got! Thank u soo much Jon!
