Amazing Customer Service! Will be repeat buyers from Sands. Jon Shoop - is a great salesman and the go to guy. He makes things happen and made the experience enjoyable. I was very apprehensive in going into a Jon Shoop - is a great salesman and the go to guy. He makes things happen and made the experience enjoyable. I was very apprehensive in going into a dealership because of the hours long process and just the nightmare experience I had at Coulter Nissan in 2014. Jon and Eric in Financing made the process very easy, informative, and allowed your to make educated decisions. They were not pushy or sleazy like the I have had he experience from prior car shopping sprees. I am super excited about the equinox (2015) and hoping that Arizona Drivers will allow me to pass it down to my son when he is of legal driving age. Sands Chevy has always been wonderful to my family as my father is a repeat shopper and that is what persuaded us to go there. Plus the blow up animals they have outside of their facility. Those blow up animals make my daily drive to work/school for my son the best. we name and can't wait for them to change from one season/holiday to the next. So in all honesty those blow ups is what also allowed my son to have an enjoyable experience. More

My "Go-To" Dealership Bought the most recent car from Jon Shoop, so now we have our last 4 vehicle buys in the family from Sands. Have also bought from Art Cervantes. I like to keep them a minimum 10 years or 200k miles, so the critical aspects of this are 1) need a good buy on initial purchase and 2) need top drawer maintenance and no bs - I don't mess with this get it fixed if it needs it. So, really appreciate the great sales service. And we must recognize Adam Shadley. He is terrific. Sands is #1. More
