We decided to try one more lot because I had been in contact with Mr. Jon Shoop previously about visiting to upgrade to a newer vehicle. As our service representative, he answered all our questions to our satisfaction. We were impressed on how knowledgeable and personable he was compared to some of the other dealer salesmen earlier in the day. The process after selecting the vehicle was really fast. We drove out with our new 2015 Chevy Silverado in around 2 hours. We were completely satisfied and plan to do business with them again soon. Thanks for making it easy! More
