After agreeing to buy one of Don Ayres vehicles we waited to go back to sign for it. While back there, the man called me ignorant, made fun of my children and copped an attitude when I declined his sales pit to go back to sign for it. We came in thinking we'd have to buy either another minivan or a three-row SUV to accomplish what we wanted, but he talked us through the possibilities--including exactly what we asked for initially--and, when all was said and done, we found we could be much better served by a low-mileage CRV at a price we knew was an excellent deal. Very nice frosting on the cake was having Sara, the boss, happen by for a delightful chat. More

Jon is the best! I wish every car dealer would be just like Jon. He treated us with respect, and was patient with our decision. A year ago we wanted to buy a van, but I wish every car dealer would be just like Jon. He treated us with respect, and was patient with our decision. A year ago we wanted to buy a van, but couldn't afford to do so at that time. A year later, Jon called us and asked if we were ready to look at a van again. We went back to the dealership, and Jon gave us great attention. He was helpful with our questions, and was professional. Thanks Jon for helping us purchase our Odyssey.
