Kellen was also very helpful. He assisted JonHenry, who was out of the office, and treated us as if we were his customers. Kellen went out of his way to accommodate us. He took us to a vehicle similar to the one we purchased and gave a quick tutorial on the Drive system and many of the features of the vehicle. Jon: best salesman ever! As an older/widowed driver I found a BMW SUV I loved at Casey but was intimidated by the new car technology. Jon carefully showed me how the dashboard, controls, touch pad worke found a BMW SUV I loved at Casey but was intimidated by the new car technology. Jon carefully showed me how the dashboard, controls, touch pad worked, answering MANY questions with patience and understanding. I purchased the vehicle, and he delivered it to my home several days later. I warned him before he came I had more questions, and he laughed, eager to help me feel confident. While at my home he also told me the steps to take to make the sale official with DMV and encouraged me to contact him if I had further questions. His kindness and empathy were most endearing to me, and I would recommend Jon especially to older drivers! More
