I paid $405.00 for a coolant flush add Brake lube a d I am supposed to have a FREE oil huge and air filter job quarterly. I was charged $17fir my free. oil change? Why? Usually I’m quite pleased with this dealership, but not this service visit. If I request for something to be done for my vehicle, then they should do it. When I made my appointment, I requested an oil ch this service visit. If I request for something to be done for my vehicle, then they should do it. When I made my appointment, I requested an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived, I requested an oil change and a tire rotation. When I check out, the employee tells me that they didn’t rotate the tires because the front ones had better treads. He also noticed that he charged me for the tire rotation and had to redo the paperwork. When I looked at the paperwork, the service employee rated the tires as equal. More
