Been going to Honda of Ames since the late 80's and just left there yesterday after having my first service done on my new 2020 Honda Accord. Kyle who did my service did a wonderful job as he and others who left there yesterday after having my first service done on my new 2020 Honda Accord. Mel, who is service manager, has been at Honda of Ames since I started going and buying my first 1990 Honda Accord DX.
