Technicians and service advisors both have a good understanding that my car is, well, cursed and they have taken great care of my car despite the fact that it has so many bizzare issues. Honda of Ames is the closest dealership/service center to where I live, approximately a 42 mile drive. I made my appointment over the phone and the service representative made the process easy and answered a where I live, approximately a 42 mile drive. They did good work but did not order the parts when I called for appointment - so I had to come in twice. It would also have been nice if they had a shuttle working so we did not have to wait there while called for appointment - so I had to come in twice. Been going to Honda of Ames since the late 80's and just left there yesterday after having my first service done on my new 2020 Honda Accord. Kyle who did my service did a wonderful job as he and others who left there yesterday after having my first service done on my new 2020 Honda Accord. Kyle who did my service did a wonderful job as he and others who have worked on my former cars that I also purchased from Honda of Ames are still here. Mel, who is service manager, has been at Honda of Ames since I started going and buying my first 1990 Honda Accord DX. Have seen a lot of guys come and go but they still have one xxxx of a team to please the customers. More
