Service appointment Jonathan listened to all of my service concerns and kept me in the loop as work was completed and shared pricing. Great professionalism. Only downside was the cost of the repairs and the fact that I needed to make a return trip to complete the entire service. And something that was repaired still showed on the indicator on my dash. Front desk not at all good Jonathan is great. But front desk is not. Rather incompetent and cannot multi task. I waited over 45 minutes to get my keys from front desk after the Jonathan is great. But front desk is not. Rather incompetent and cannot multi task. I waited over 45 minutes to get my keys from front desk after the time Jonathan told me my vehicle was being washed. Not including Jonathan but I have had much better service at other dealerships. More

Friendly people, fast service! First time at this dealer. Could not have gone better. Jonathan explained everything clearly and did not pressure me in any way to get stuff fixed. Broken down electrical and AC I had several issues at one time. Electric key not working. Ac broken. Battery issues. D ue to a strike at GM parts took longer for delivery to Griec I had several issues at one time. Electric key not working. Ac broken. Battery issues. D ue to a strike at GM parts took longer for delivery to Grieco. Battery and AC compressor broken after not even 8500 Miles. Got replaced thru warranty plan, so no charges. I was helped and everyone was helpful but I was unhappy with not keeping me updated about when I will get back my car. On the other hand during the strike at GM it’s understandable that parts delivery may take longer. I was helped and all problems got solved. Replacement car was not offered. Since I needed my car back I declined the car wash service which was offered for free. More

I must say this was the most positive experience I ever had dealing with any shop or Dealer. My service writer Jonathan could not be more professional and more helpful. I own a Corvette and heard through the grapevine that Jon Erwin is one of the best around. And I have to say he is. Not only did they correct my issue they fixed another item that wasn't their responsibility. I am more than happy and satisfied. If I had to recommend a dealer it would be this one and only this one. More
