Was there over seven hours for a simple job Went for oil change and tire rotation repair windshield washers. After three hours was told one part was on way from another dealer would be ready in Went for oil change and tire rotation repair windshield washers. After three hours was told one part was on way from another dealer would be ready in about one hour. 5.5 hours later was told driver was delayed. 6.5 hours later still no part driver was making his deliveries did not care I was waiting then service mgr comes over and tells me he just heard about delay. I will never do business with Grieco again and will tell everyone I know not too More

Grieco Chevrolet of Fort Lauderdale is a Lifesaver A month ago I took my vehicle to Grieco Chevrolet of Fort Lauderdale in hopes that they could fix the problem that three previous auto shops could not A month ago I took my vehicle to Grieco Chevrolet of Fort Lauderdale in hopes that they could fix the problem that three previous auto shops could not. I met with Service Advisor, Jonathan Cardoza who was very pleasant and informative, and explained to him that the Stabilitrak light was continuously going on and off, and the check engine light was on as well. Mr. Cardoza had the vehicle checked and informed me that there was a cylinder misfire and the spark plugs, coil, and connectors needed to be replaced. Mr. Cardoza also informed me that they had to order a part and I had to leave my car at the dealer, but it will be fixed and ready the following day. Fast forward a month later...I have driven the vehicle with no heavy vibrations and the Stabilitrak hasn't come on since I brought it home. I would like to thank with much appreciation to Mr. Cardoza for listening and being able to find the solution to the problem that others just assumed. Also thanks to the technician who worked very hard and efficiently on my vehicle. I look forward to doing business with the company again. More

Service appointment Jonathan listened to all of my service concerns and kept me in the loop as work was completed and shared pricing. Great professionalism. Only downside Jonathan listened to all of my service concerns and kept me in the loop as work was completed and shared pricing. Great professionalism. Only downside was the cost of the repairs and the fact that I needed to make a return trip to complete the entire service. And something that was repaired still showed on the indicator on my dash. Front desk not at all good Jonathan is great. But front desk is not. Rather incompetent and cannot multi task. I waited over 45 minutes to get my keys from front desk after the Jonathan is great. Friendly people, fast service! First time at this dealer. Could not have gone better. Jonathan explained everything clearly and did not pressure me in any way to get stuff fixed.
