Why can’t you do a full job I liked the service but again my car was not washed and ready for me. It’s so sad that a small thing, such as a simple car wash wasn’t performed. My 1st Oil Change 2018 Corvette Z06 Jon was great. Minimal waiting time. Dealer should consider outdoor seating area while customers wait. Rebecca made it a point to introduce hersel Jon was great. I got to admit , I've owned BMW's for the past 25 years....use to great customer service. You may want to spend some money to paint the bathroom doors and fix the men's toilet. Professionalism. Jonatan Cardoza is an outstanding service representative. He kept me informed of the repair status as the technician went through the diagnostic check Jonatan Cardoza is an outstanding service representative. He kept me informed of the repair status as the technician went through the diagnostic checks over a day and a half. He was courteous and displayed a customer-first attitude. While I was at Grieco however, I wandered over to New Car Sales to ask a few clarifying questions about a letter for a 27-Apr promotional event from Rebecca Asher. The Salesman I spoke to about the letter was the rudest individual I have ever encountered at a auto dealership. I will continue to take my car to Grieco for Service but I will NEVER buy a new car from Grieco! More

RIP off I went in because of an airbag fault light, they told tell me it was going to be over $500 to fix a seat belt tensioner. I have brought my car in bef I went in because of an airbag fault light, they told tell me it was going to be over $500 to fix a seat belt tensioner. I have brought my car in before for the same warning light and they put some type of by pass wire because there was heavy resistance in one of the wires. That job cost me over $300 and the light still came back on. So I dont feel good about my experience, time, money wasted and car not fixed. More
