Not sure Customer service is not bad. A better follow up will be better reporting what’s the progress of the repairs instead of me calling to find out. Repair Customer service is not bad. At least the managed wave my charges for the inconvenience. I do appreciate that. However, I just want my car permanently fix. More

Long wait, wrong info Had an appointment but I waited nearly 30 minutes before I saw a service rep. Then it took a couple of hours for an oil change and car wash. I asked about a part I needed and rep Jonathan couldn’t get me a quote while I was there but said he would email it to me. He did later email me with a quote,for,the wrong part. Honestly why would I go back? More

Great customer service, friendly staff! I came to Greico because they were the closest dealership to check a recall on my 2017 GMC Acadia Denali. I was cheerfully greeted upon my arrival to I came to Greico because they were the closest dealership to check a recall on my 2017 GMC Acadia Denali. I was cheerfully greeted upon my arrival to the service department and quickly given an appointment to have my car checked out. Jonathan Cardozo was my contact person and he explained what would be done to my car and when I could pick up the car afterwards. Every employee that I came in contact was extremely helpful and very friendly! I would definitely come back in the future! More

Driver's Confidence Package At the end of May 2019, I purchased a 2019 Chevrolet Spark 2LT from Greico Chevrolet Fort Lauderdale. So far, after 480 miles, the "driver's confide At the end of May 2019, I purchased a 2019 Chevrolet Spark 2LT from Greico Chevrolet Fort Lauderdale. So far, after 480 miles, the "driver's confidence package" has given me "Unavailable" alerts on 2 separate occasions. The first time, I noticed was about 2 weeks ago. I turned on the car and the dash display visually alterded, "front collision-warning unavailable" and "lane departure warning unavailable" on separate scroll windows. I decided to turn the car off and on several times in order to reset the system. Then on the 5th try the system's became available. The second time, was yesterday. Unfortunately, the warning stayed on, after 5 restarts. Therefore, I drove 2 miles to Grieco Chevrolet from my home. In order, to have the vehicle evaluated. While waiting at the red light, in front of the dealership, the warning turned off. I continued across the intersection bringing my vehicle in for evaluation. Unfortunately, Greico Chevrolet service personnel were not able to have my 2019 Spark 2LT: replicate warnings, throw codes, or prove that systems are/were failing or unavailable. Hopefully, my confidence in driving will not be further compromised by further warnings. If so, I will document the results with pictures and videos. Thus, forwarding all results in this email. More

The service was great and was done in the time frame I was g I brought my car in for a service job and I was told it would be ready in a three hour time frame and it was done.
