It takes forever. Not satisfied at all. K Did not do what I said was wrong. Only told me what they think was wrong. Do I took my car somewhere else. Would not recommend them to know one. Safety Recall - Power steering Made an appointment to have the safety recall resolved after receiving notice letter from Chevrolet. The estimated work time to fix was 5 hours. Griec Made an appointment to have the safety recall resolved after receiving notice letter from Chevrolet. The estimated work time to fix was 5 hours. Grieco service kept my car 24 hours, then called me to say they don’t have the parts to do the fix. So, I went to pick-up my car and it was filthy on the exterior. I took my car in to Grieco directly from a car wash the day before. My paperwork indicated a car wash was performed by Grieco. That was not the case. Bottom line is why would a service Dept schedule the work without the necessary parts. I called Jonathan when I got home and left a message to express my frustration. I never received a return call. I now have an appt at Phil Smith Chevrolet to do the safety recall work. Grieco has lost me as a customer. More
