Safety Recall - Power steering Made an appointment to have the safety recall resolved after receiving notice letter from Chevrolet. The estimated work time to fix was 5 hours. Griec Made an appointment to have the safety recall resolved after receiving notice letter from Chevrolet. The estimated work time to fix was 5 hours. Grieco service kept my car 24 hours, then called me to say they don’t have the parts to do the fix. So, I went to pick-up my car and it was filthy on the exterior. I took my car in to Grieco directly from a car wash the day before. My paperwork indicated a car wash was performed by Grieco. That was not the case. Bottom line is why would a service Dept schedule the work without the necessary parts. I called Jonathan when I got home and left a message to express my frustration. I never received a return call. I now have an appt at Phil Smith Chevrolet to do the safety recall work. Grieco has lost me as a customer. More

Over charged oil change I received the worst service this past Saturday by Jonathan in the service department. I was over charged for an oil change even though I presented I received the worst service this past Saturday by Jonathan in the service department. I was over charged for an oil change even though I presented my past receipt to him. He gave me some bs reason. I would like a refund. I am a long time customer I bought 2 vehicle in the past.. So far the worst service I've ever received. And I'm a regular customer. Jonathan SUCKS! More

Oil change I appreciate how the car is washed and vacuumed after service, however I didn’t like the fact that they put the dirty facial tissues that were on the I appreciate how the car is washed and vacuumed after service, however I didn’t like the fact that they put the dirty facial tissues that were on the floor, in my sons car seat for them to vacuum my car floor. I would think if you are cleaning the car you would throw out the tissues. Not pick them up put them in my child’s car seat, vacuum and then return the car to its owner. More

Debugging/Smoke Bomb I appreciate this team ever so much for helping me with my issue. I live far in West Miramar and my home dealership being AutoNation Pembroke Pines. Who can’t come close to the kindness and timely service I’ve encountered with this amazing team.
