Grieco took us in without an appointment, located a rim locally, processed our claim, made our car drivable pending delivery of the rim the next day, had the Corvette technician (John) come in on Saturday to switch out the rims and had us on our way with the minimum of inconvenience considering the situation. John treated us as long term customers. He was very friendly and made the situation palatable. He was cordial, pleasant and made you feel special, even though he was not scheduled to work Saturday. For a dealer to treat us as Greico did knowing we were in town for a short time and most likely would not have any reason to use their services in the future to go above and beyond as Greico’s team did is extremely impressive. Based on our experience and the team we met, I would not hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone for their auto needs. Thank you Greico, kudos to your team. Brad More
