Quite the change (revised) ****REVISION!*** Well, unfortunately, the deal appears to have gone south. After signing for one price and interest rate, 5 days later they told ****REVISION!*** Well, unfortunately, the deal appears to have gone south. After signing for one price and interest rate, 5 days later they told me completely different numbers. I called multiple times each time I needed to discuss this matter, and each time it required 2-3 phone calls before reaching the involved parties. Soooo, I've been driving the new ram all week and am currently sitting in the dealership waiting to get the keys back to my original truck. I'll make sure to share this experience with all of my clients and friends at well. Thankfully, social media affords me the opportunity to share it with around 25,000 people. ***REVISION 2.0*** I picked back up my truck. They tried to convince me that the price they were giving me was ok, after previously having me sign for a smaller monthly payment. As I was discussing the issues I just had, one finance guy said, "it is what it is.". I've been to a lot of dealers in my day and never heard such a thing. I told them that I would make sure to let as many people know what happened as possible. Hopefully this helps some of your avoid the pitfalls of Cowboy Dodge in Cheyenne, Wyoming. More

Attentive service and answered all my questions, probably would have given 5 stars if I had not been irritated with service from the parts department. I brought my truck back to get running boards that were part of my plan, no one called me to tell me it was ready and when I got here it still wasn’t ready due to some ram box recall they had to check and fix and no one told me until I got here. I like to know what’s going on so I can plan my trips only having one day off this was a bit inconvenient having to wait even longer. More

I was weary on driving all the way to Cheyenne, but Zack made the process so easy that it was a no brainer! Never had a vehicle purchase go so smoothly and easy before. Zack was very professional and patient with me. I always dreaded going to a dealer because the process is lengthy, but once I arrived I didn't want to leave. Such a family atmosphere, I got to meet the Finance managers (David, Jerry, Michael), as well as the Sales Manager (Josh) and the Internet Director (Jonathan). They made me feel so welcome!! Zack made the process simple and easy! After my drive there my new Jeep was prepped and ready to go, I was greeted by everyone at the Dealership. Such an amazing place and they truly care about their customers, unlike other dealerships (Autonation). I was in and out so quickly and they took the time to make sure I knew all the features and how to operate them on my new vehicle.
