Sales is pretty good Chase did great but after I gave my down payment it went down hill finance could not find the paperwork we had signed and took an additional 2 hours from the previous 4 hours we were at down payment it went down hill finance could not find the paperwork we had signed and took an additional 2 hours from the previous 4 hours we were at the dealership initially on Friday (Chase can verify it was that long) and had signed everything already so yesterday when we went to pick up Jonathan said there was nothing done by Michelle which is the finance manager not sure why it was so complicated if we had sent insurance and everything to Michelle why they could not resume where she left unless she actually did not do anything, last thing is they do not answer the phones called 5 times no answer!
