My wife and I recently purchased a Bronco Outer Banks Edition from Elder Ford. We had search all over the NorthEast and parts of Central Florida for the right Bronco at the right price. When we arrived at Elder Ford, we were politely greeted and what my wife and I liked the most was they were not pushy. We already knew that the Bronco we wanted was on the lot and when we said that was all we wanted to look at, they said OK. We had several quotes from other dealers throughout Florida and Elder Ford did not match them but beat them on price and trade allowance. My experience with finance department was terrible, after agreed with the sales manager on vehicle out the door price at the time to finalize paperwork the finance person Mr. Shaw Ekeocha added a maintenance agreed with the sales manager on vehicle out the door price at the time to finalize paperwork the finance person Mr. Shaw Ekeocha added a maintenance packet to my contract without my knowledge and he also demanded to buy GAP which is not require by law, he told me in other to get approved the bank require GAP insurance to be added to the vehicle which is s lie, it was about 6K difference on the vehicle price which I found out after I signed the contract. Contract paper was not provided it, I received a USB drive with the contract I was not able to see what I was signing because Mr. Shaw provided an Ipad so I never saw the real numbers after the fact. I had to go back to the dealer and speak with the finance head manager Mr. Ricardo Rodriguez to solve this issue. More
