They held my keys hostage, forcing me and my teenage daughter to literally beg for them back just so we could leave. It was an incredibly intimidating and embarrassing situation to put a parent and teenager through. I am disgusted by their behavior and lack of basic human decency. Beware of their pricing and their hostile sales practices. More
