Jim, I want to extend my deepest tanks and gratitude to Motor World Lexus, specifically Jonathan Gamble, for procuring a 2023 Lexus NX that met my personal needs. My Initial plans were gratitude to Motor World Lexus, specifically Jonathan Gamble, for procuring a 2023 Lexus NX that met my personal needs. My Initial plans were to acquire this SUV mid-2022. Covid significantly impacted the parts supply chain. During 2022, did numerous builds via the Lexus USA Website. Motor World was the sole dealer who contacted me to offer hope, encouragement and confidence that a NX350 would become available. Jonathan kept in close contact and provided timely updates on the NXs being planned for assembly. Finally, a match was made late December 2022 and the vehicle was delivered to Motor World. On February 21, Jonathan met me at home and personally drove me to Motor World to pick up and introduce me to my 2023 NX 350 AWD F Sport. Lexus has a reputation for excellence and quality in both product build and customer service. Motor World Lexus certainly met that standard. I am enjoying the vehicle.
