He is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions with sincerity and did not make me feel uncomfortable. He helped me to find the car that was perfect for me and did not make anything feel like a business interaction, but more like two friends discussing cars. I was nervous about interacting with someone that would be pushy and make me feel pressured to buy a vehicle. As I mentioned, this was anything but a pressured experience. I truly believe that Jonathan cared about me as a person and wanted me to find the car that would fit me. Although he works in the Lexus showroom, he was still helpful with finding a used car.
