He patiently walked my wife and me through the available options and helped us build the perfect vehicle. His knowledge and expertise made the entire process stress-free. Even though the vehicle we wanted wasn’t on the display floor during our initial visit, Jonathan went above and beyond to ensure we could see it. He also made sure we could subsequently take the vehicle for a test drive, which gave us the confidence to move forward with the purchase. Throughout the entire process, Jonathan kept us updated on the progress of our order, and when the time came for delivery, he arranged everything at a time that worked best for us. The delivery itself was smooth, and Jonathan spent considerable time familiarizing us with many of the features and customizing many of the X3’s settings..
