I was in the market for a Lexus GX460. I saw BMW of Freeport had one that i was looking for in their website. called the dealership and scheduled an appointment. Upon arrival, the front de I saw BMW of Freeport had one that i was looking for in their website. called the dealership and scheduled an appointment. Upon arrival, the front desk attendant took my name number and told me someone will be helping me shortly and showed me the direction to their free snack room. Less than 3 min, Jonathan Gardiner comes and greets me. i told him which car i was interested in ... i had a trade in for which i got a really good number from another dealer ... i told Jonathan what i was looking for when it came to the trade in value... long story short, they matched the trade in and actually gave me an extra $500 for the trade and also lowered the buying price for the vehicle. Jonathan went above and beyond to make the sale happen. I never felt pushed or obligated to purchase the vehicle.. he gave me his cell number and i contacted via text regarding the negotiating price... he asked me exactly what i was willing to pay and never disrespected me because i was pretty off from what they was asking. but his positive attitude made the deal happen. i test drove the car multiple times on different days even after my offer was accepted because i am pretty picky and thorough when it comes to buying cars. all the times when i went in for a test drive, even though it was hot and humid out, Jonathan always helped.. the car was in their other lot across a busy street and he was always willing to bring it back.. i saw sweat dripping down his forehead for all the back and forth he did trying to get the car off the lot and to me for test drive and never give me any attitude or any feeling where i felt pushed... always had a positive attitude.. he even told me "you can test drive and check the car as many times you want. you are spending money on it so you do what you have to do to make you happy".. he was very responsive via text, email and calls.. upon delivery, i met with Alex i believe who was the finance manager. Straight forward process. very short, direct with no issues. signed multiple documents and he explained everything... i highly recommend this dealership and will sure go back if i ever get back in the market for a BMW. FYI, by the snack area, i dont know what it is but it smells really good.. really clean and luxury... i wish i could get the name of the cologne, or the freshener they were using.. the fresh clean smells suits this dealership... REALLY PLEASANT . thank you Freeport BMW and thank you Jonathan for putting me into the car i have always dreamt of. More
