The staff were all super nice to deal with. I consistently felt like I was in good hands. My only disappointment was that my vehicle needed a software update and had a manufacturing defect - bo I consistently felt like I was in good hands. My only disappointment was that my vehicle needed a software update and had a manufacturing defect - both of which I discovered on my own. This caused inconvenience and the need to come back a couple times (over an hour away). I would have been happier if the dealer checked for such things before delivering the vehicle - really surprised they did not. More

It was quite busy, so things took longer than normal. This was my first time coming in, in four years. I had moved away, but then moved back to the area. I was disappointed to find that you were no longer a Buick dealership. most of the staff is the same from Ron Norris. It just didn’t seem to have the same hometown vibe that Ron Norris had. That could’ve been just because it was busy. My salesman, Jonathan Gould, is still there. We did get to speak. He was a wonderful as always. More
