I was very confused and disoriented but Nateko put me at ease and put me in a rental. A couple of days later I met Scott and he was very sympathetic and informative as I was looking for a vehicle as it was going to take about 2 months for the new motor I saw a Canyon that I liked and I purchased it because I was unsure about the Denali, Scott paid off the Denali and put me in the Canyon. I wasn't trying to be difficult but the Canyon is a much smaller vehicle. Scott said what he would do since the Denali would not be ready for 2 months he would give me the option to pay off the canyon and I would buy back the Denali. It was a very generous offer, I'm leaning towards the Denali because it is such a nice vehicle. Bottom line is Nateko, Scott, Steve and Ryan are all very professional and caring. More
