Didn’t find my service advisor wonderful. I had to ask for things like an iPad check-in to pull my Toyota history and my Toyota report card. There was no video of my service, and when I asked I had to ask for things like an iPad check-in to pull my Toyota history and my Toyota report card. There was no video of my service, and when I asked why, I was told they usually do one, but I didn’t receive one. Did I get less Toyota care because I was a woman? I would possibly consider trying your service department again. Booking an appointment the same day was a breeze, but it was definitely with a different advisor. I didn’t trust the one I had, and other Toyota dealers have beefed customer service, but not the ease of appointment booking. More

Horrible. Then offered to change a lightbulb for $300. Pathetic. After the lightbulb conversation, I was thankful I didn’t let these morons touch my Volvo with an actual wrench. More
