There was some vehicle changes out of his control but he maintained the options we required on the one we received, kept us in the loop all the way. Receivership of the vehicle he reviewed the car setup and features with me, handled registration, plate change, an other little things that made our experience first class and everything ready for us to take the vehicle home. We had conversations with the sales manager Chris Sargent who made promises that he followed through on. Made sure we knew to contact him should we have any issues, problems, or needed information.
