After having looked for a subaru in the LA area, I met 4-5 different dealerships. I totally prefer Matt's style to those of all of the other folks I connected with in LA. In those other cases, I felt as if they were trying to get me to upgrade, be more consumeristic than I wanted to be. Matt embodies what I had imagined a subaru dealer would be like. The best car purchasing experience I've ever had A very positive experience from start to finish. The sales rep, Matt Donadio, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He correctly perceived that my wife and I really liked the Forester and let the car sell itself. He immediately accepted the Edmunds price quote I brought him as the negotiated price with no doubletalk. His major contribution to the process was to let me know that I could have a comparable car,but with several fewer features that I really didn't want, for a lower price, and he kept the MSRP discount proportionate. The finance people tried to sell me warranty and repair packages, but were very polite about it, and backed off when I declined them. The vehicle prep and registration went without a hitch. When the car was ready, Matt took all the time I needed, on a busy weekend day, to familiarize me with several vehicle features that confused me. All in all, this was a totally straightforward process with no smoke, no surprises. This dealership gets my absolutely highest recommendation. More

The sales person I was directed to was Matt Donadio. He was friendly, low-pressure, and very informative. He went over the car's features and described some of the vehicles they had on the lot. We agreed I would return for a test drive the next day, since it was a Friday afternoon during rush hour. When I got there on Saturday, he was with other clients, so I said I'd return after lunch for a test drive. Matt really went above and beyond when we got stuck in the terrible Natick Mall traffic because I wanted to take the car on the highway. He even paid the toll on the turnpike! I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, but it was not because of my experience with Matt or his manager.. Matt did a great job, and I'd recommend him highly. More
