Ryan, who was the contact there was very responsive and the price quote for the van was very fair. But once we went to the dealership to talk to them it was like pulling teeth. We already had our financing set and we knew what we wanted and had the price. It should have been simple. But it wasn't. They wanted us to apply for credit through them to see if they could get us a better deal or an equal deal. We spent two hours there going through nonsense. Then the waiting game began. Every time we called we got voicemail and no one called back. We wanted to have a hitch added to our van but it was too late for them to order it and get it in time for when we needed it. A week after our initial visit, we returned to sign the paperwork and pick up our vehicle. Only after driving an hour to get there were we informed that someone there had neglected to get the insurance information from our agent and it was now too late in the day to get the registration plates and bring the vehicle home. They did redeem themselves however, by delivering the vehicle to our home the next day. They also provided the courtesy of having it inspected as well. We really appreciated that. All in all, we got the product we wanted at a fair price but the process was really annoying. If the communication had been is good before the sale as it has been after the sale things would have been much smoother. More
