Jonathan was the best salesman we have had so far for a new car and we have bought several. Not too pushy but very knowledgeable about all the features and gave us a great deal we couldn’t refuse. Negotiating the price seemed to be the least of our worries. We were approved quickly and once we figured out the terms that were best for us we signed and left in our new MDX. Acura offered the lowest financing vs credit unions so we used them. Once it came to the financing manager he was friendly and helped us pick the best warranty based on how much we drive. I like knowing I can just take it in to Acura for service and get my car washed instead of doing it all myself. Overall great experience I will be buying more Acuras from Niello in the future. More
