Everyone was very friendly and helpful during the buying process. We came in Saturday morning to get my old Durango apprised, and were told to come back at 4:30pm to finalize the deal. My recommendation would be to have more office/finance people available during your busiest days/hours. We were told because it was Saturday they were very busy. Also, because it was Saturday, the insurance would not be changed from our old car to new car until Monday. By Wednesday, when it still wasn't done, we called insurance company ourselves. Asked sales associate Jonathan about some concerns we had with new Durango when we got home and he said he would check with the service people on Monday and today is Thursday and have had no response. It seams that once the vehicle is out the door their work is done! More

Johnathon took over my purchase once Jamie and I agreed we had a deal. Johnathon coordinated all the paperwork and I made an appointment to pick up the car on Saturday. After,just reading other reviews, Saturday pick ups seem to be not the best time to complete a purchase. I too waited longer than I would have liked, the explanation I received was the first appointment of the day,also from NYS, had arrived an hour late and thus everyone after them was late.Once my turn came,Brandon, financial person was very fast, direct and clear with all the necessary forms to be signed. Johnathon,although very busy, made me feel like he had all the time in the world to orient me to my car. We should have been offered a seat and asked if we would like any water or coffee maybe a soft drink. After all we did have an appointment and we did show up on time. When going over the features of the truck, Jon seemed to be all over the place when showing the different options, which left us a little confused and rushed. Finally, we were left waiting while our paperwork was being prepared, which we thought should have been ready for us when we showed up. Again we had an appointment so they knew we were coming. More
