Unfortunately, my latest experience with your service department was extremely unfortunate and disappointing. The service department told me my car was ready and that I could pick up after hours and that department was extremely unfortunate and disappointing. The service department told me my car was ready and that I could pick up after hours and that my keys would be up front. I took an Uber ride to the dealership to get my vehicle and was told that they did not have the keys. I had brought a spare just in case but found out that the car was locked in the garage bay and nobody had access. I had to Uber home and Uber back the next day to obtain my vehicle. The Uber rides cost roughly $60.00 in total. I was told that I would be reimbursed for my Uber rides and sent my receipts via text yesterday. I have received no response and no reply to my text even acknowledging receipt. The communication should be improved and they should follow through on their promises. I wish I could give 0 stars. Although I will say the sales people I encountered were very nice and the person at the front desk was helpful and kind. The gentleman who drove the golf cart around the lot to help me look for my car was also good. The sales/finance managers just sat in the their glass office and did nothing to help. Did not even acknowledge my presence. There was a nice man in sales that was very kind, apologetic and understanding. The service manager told me over the phone that my car wasn't ready even though it was (and I had received a text saying this from Gary in service in the early afternoon) and ultimately hung up without offering resolution. Still a mystery why my car was not parked outside the garage bay. Then I could have used my spare key to drive it home and I would have been significantly less frustrated. More
