Hello, thank you for responding. I brought the necessary paperwork with me when I came to purchase the 2022 Honda Insight for my loan and also to show what my trade-in value was. I also agreed to add only one additional package that was the service and GAP protection, but there were two additional add-ons that I did not authorize. I specifically wanted to use Capital One for my loan because I was pre-qualified and it had a lower rate. Instead, I find out that the loan was actually set up with Bank of America and had a higher rate, so I had to go through the process to re-finance the car, which made my credit take another hit that wasn't needed. I also found out that my trade-in value was lower than what we discussed and I was never told about this. I thought Jonathan did a good job until I saw that nothing we talked about beforehand happened. It's shady and I should not have had to finance as much on my loan because my trade-in should have been at least $2,000 more than it was. I feel like I've been ripped off and when I've tried reaching out to Jonathan about it I haven't been able to get a response. Can someone please assist me with this issue?
