If you value your time, your word, or basic professional ethics, do not step foot on this lot. I was in the middle of a deal on a Acura MDX and made it a point to arrive early to finalize the paperwork. ethics, do not step foot on this lot. Despite being there 30 minutes before the "other" buyer even arrived, the management decided to sell the car right out from under me. It’s clear that at Nissan 24, a handshake and an active negotiation mean absolutely nothing. They don’t care about building customer relationships or honoring the person who showed up first; they only care about whoever signs the fastest, regardless of who was promised the vehicle. I’ve never encountered a sales team so willing to tank their reputation for a single quick commission. Communication was poor, their ethics are non-existent, and their "customer service" is a facade. I’ll be taking my business—and my loyalty—to a dealership that actually understands what integrity looks like. Avoid this place at all costs. More

Jonathan was very friendly but when I gave him my paperwork showing that I was approved through a specific lender and also what I should have gotten for my trade-in, I found out later that none of th paperwork showing that I was approved through a specific lender and also what I should have gotten for my trade-in, I found out later that none of that was followed. I'm not sure why but I found out later that my loan was through a different lender at a higher interest rate, so I had to refinance. I was also charged for add ons I did not approve and was given a lot lower value for my trade-in. They don't give you your physical paperwork, they give you a flash drive. I have also emailed asking why I was charged for these items I did not approve and why my financing was wrong and I have not been able to get a response. Jonathan and the other gentleman that did my paperwork were nice but the whole process has been shady and I could not recommend anyone I know to go here. More
