Incredibly Unprofessional - Will pull your credit like crazy Absolutely horrible service! I had to all but beg my sales rep to take my money, and I did all follow up. Absolutely low balled me on my trade in, the Absolutely horrible service! I had to all but beg my sales rep to take my money, and I did all follow up. Absolutely low balled me on my trade in, then when I showed the kbb they tried to act like they were doing me a favor by honoring it. Also please note, if you apply for credit through them, THEY WILL PULL IT AS MANY TIMES AS THEY WANT. They pulled my score FIVE times without my approval. Didn't explain anything to me then when I asked them about it, my rep was very rude and said - " we didn't pull it five times, we pulled it once then sent it to five banks", so much sarcasm and just not how you do business. Also refused to come down on the price of their car for sale at all. When my husband called to discuss the situation he hung up on him and told him they pull peoples score like that constantly and don't tell them upfront. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!! More
