When I initially made an inquiry through the Subaru website, I was inundated with emails, texts, & calls from local dealerships. As a person who likes to investigate things on my own a bit, I thought I was simply getting more info, but it turned out I was being "pitched" to. John was the only salesperson to provide information, no pressure, & a bit of space to chew on my decision before reaching out again. When I finally decided, he offered to meet me before the dealership opened and much before his normal shift. He made the process fun & was incredibly personable. When I gave him a # he did everything in his power and ended up getting me there. I love my new Outback! I know I'll be back to work with John and Groove in the future! More

Purchased 2017 Forester XT I am a USAA member who was put in contact with Jon Norris at Groove Subaru. I worked with Jon and he had ordered the car I wanted and it arrived 2 wee I am a USAA member who was put in contact with Jon Norris at Groove Subaru. I worked with Jon and he had ordered the car I wanted and it arrived 2 weeks early. On the day of picking up my new car Jon had everything ready for my new Forester. Jonathan was extremely helpful in narrowing down my search and finding the perfect fit. It came down to a new Forester- which I quickly fell in love with after the test drive. He was never pushy, and was willing to work within my price point from everything from financing my car, to figuring a competitive selling price for my old Fiesta. I was able to drive out within a matter of hours with my new car- and have already driven it all over showing my friends. 10/10- would absolutely do business again. More

I used our employee car buying service at work and was put in contact with Jon. Everyone thinks the car buying experience and salesmen is horrid; as did I. I was extremely hesitant initially b cause of some issues I didn't want to get in the way of purchasing a new vehicle. Jon was extremely understanding and never made me feel like it would even be a hurrdle to cross. He was friendly, courteous, and very educated regarding his experience with Subaru. I felt more like I was making a transaction with a friend rather than a salesman, which is why I would strongly urge everyone to go see Jon!! He most definitely an asset to the team at Groove Subaru! Customer Satisfaction is Number One Okay, after several bumps along the road, Groove Subaru went over and above trying to correct the problem. Highly Recommend. Excellent Customer Service! My fiance and I were in the process of looking for a trade in. Having owned Subaru's in the past, we knew we could find a reliable car. Before visitin My fiance and I were in the process of looking for a trade in. Having owned Subaru's in the past, we knew we could find a reliable car. Before visiting Groove Subaru, we shopped several dealerships. We had horrible experiences at the dealerships before Groove. The customer service was not great, the sales and finance department was not working with us at all on our budget. They wanted a quick sale and didn't care about our needs. We saw a car online at Groove Subaru so we stopped in to take a look. Jonathan Norris assisted us. He was extremely professional, generous, and put our needs first. The car ended up being outside of our price range. Jonathan said he would call us if anything came in that would put our payments more where we needed them. A couple of days later, we received an email from Jonathan. He notified us of a car that just came in the lot. It was the type of car we had been looking for, but more within our price range. He stayed past his scheduled work time to accommodate our schedule, meeting us at the dealership later that night. We test drove the car and loved it. When we sat down to work out numbers, Jonathan was willing to work with us on the price of the car to get our payments where we needed them. I would highly recommend groove subaru and Jonathan! More
