If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This is my third vehicle in a row from Curtiss Ryan. Every time it is a top tier experience. Jon Ortiz helped get me to where I wanted to be and in the car that I wanted. Seamlessly. All three times I have been able to come and leave with exactly what I desired and always in a timely fashion. JO absolutely killed it for me and Billy G came in and closed it out like Mariano Rivera. The one VERY SMALL update I would like to see is QR codes to access my review and give the dealership their flowers. I will always do it willingly but I think more would visit if it was made more accessible. Thank you CR ! More
