When I caked the morning of having my battery replaced. I called the service department and was transferred to the parts department to see if they had my battery in stock. They did. I then was transferred I called the service department and was transferred to the parts department to see if they had my battery in stock. They did. I then was transferred back to the service department and told them that they had the battery in stock. So I could set up a time to have it changed. I also needed a regular service on my truck and they would work it in. Then upon arrival I was told that they could do the battery but not the oil change. I get your busy. But these days that’s a good thing. I can get a battery and a set of tires (replaced all 4 about 2 months ago) at my choice of many places, but I chose Guntersville Chevrolet. I could be what you call a loyal customer. More
