When I called to get an appointment I get nobody to answer the phone. After I got a lady she took my name and number so someone would call me back. They never called me, l finally had to call them back answer the phone. After I got a lady she took my name and number so someone would call me back. They never called me, l finally had to call them back AGAIN!!! They didn’t tighten my oil filter on the last service and it caused my truck to leak oil. I’m not very happy with their work!! More

Well, I will tell you just like this I had called Guntersville Chevrolet after I had went to the dealer Lynne laden Chevrolet in Decatur, Alabama for service on my pick up and I pretty much got a run Guntersville Chevrolet after I had went to the dealer Lynne laden Chevrolet in Decatur, Alabama for service on my pick up and I pretty much got a run around. I had an appointment time and I sat there for over three hours. I called Jessica And I will tell you what she went above and beyond. She did an excellent job. Excellent customer service. She handled the situation very well. I got an appointment I got my vehicle in they addressed my issues right away. Did an excellent job and I’m very happy so you guys now have me as a customer to you guys and I wish I would have done it prior to me buying the truck from Lynn Layton. Overall, your store did a very excellent excellent job everybody did and I appreciate it very much. More
