It wasn’t worth much if anything, but wanted to get something just for tax purposes and to trade the tag. I first went to Morgan Chevrolet where I was baited and switched on and the mark up on a truck for over $10,000 from the advertised price. I went home and continued my search which led me to Ferman. Initially from my first experience I was skeptical but they did all they could to earn my business and assure me that they don’t do business like that. They weren’t lying either, sight unseen for my truck they made and offer for it and even took more off the price of the listed truck I was interested in. After coming to an agreement and before I came down I spoke with and cemented a deal in order for me to make the 100 mile drive from Ocala. Once arriving they had the truck ready for me to inspect and test drive. No pressure at all. They waited gracefully for me to initiate how I’d like to and if I wanted proceed. Once we sat down I told them I wanted a warranty at no charge…. No hesitation it was given! I was totally satisfied at that point! I brought to my salesman’s attention (Anthony Parada) that the gas tank was on E, again he didn’t hesitate and said it would be on FULL when I got out of finance, which it was. It went ok, but when I was checking out the car I noticed
there was no spare tire and tools to change a tire. I told and showed him but I never got those items. I guess he forgot.

I didn't have a great experience. A week after I found out the front 2 wheels of the vehicle I purchased are bent. The warranty that I purchased was supposed to cover wheels and bumper to bumper, but it dont, he told me and my wife it would but it was a lie. Then sales and financial didnt send the information about trade or anything to my bank. There was no spare tire or jack or tire changing equipment. So No I didn't have great experience with Ferman Chevrolet, it was very frustrating. I wouldn't buy a vehicle there again.
