This was my 2nd time taking my vehicle to this location. Each time the staff was friendly and efficient. I always schedule my oil change in the early morning slots and the vehicle is ready with in an hour. Each time the staff was friendly and efficient. I always schedule my oil change in the early morning slots and the vehicle is ready with in an hour. Super convenient. This last time I made the mistake of hitting a diagnostic check instead of just an oil change and John ( I believe that was his name) was transparent and explained that my car didn't need to be put through a diagnostic check if nothing was going on out of the normal. He could have just charged us the extra $100+, but instead he just cancelled the service and did the oil change. Very happy with their service and professionalism. More
