Jonathan and the Seguin team were not pushy at getting a sale. They were actively envolved to help me through the prooess . The atmosphere was great walking in. But the only thing was that I didn’t like that they wouldn’t let me use my own financing that I had got prior to going to the dealership. Sales person was great. The people sitting in the office that value trade ins were absolutely horrible and the most unprofessional people I have ever seen in my life. Had I not spent an hour to drive there to purchase a car, mind you, purchase a car, so I am spending money there as a customer, this dealership would have never gotten my business. Those people deserve to get fired and if that was the type of attitude they had if they were working for any of the center directors I know for other dealerships, they would have been fired on the spot. I have no words for the worst service they provided. To top it off, for them to be operating a dealership with that type of music. What if I had my kids in there with me. Get a life. This isn’t a club. It’s a xxxx dealership where people spend money. Not have a party with alcohol. More
