I have been a customer of Toyota of Cedar Park since 2020, so when I was interested in purchasing my new car, there was no question I would return to this location again. I was referred to sales associate, Michael Jorgensen, and from the moment I texted him to start the process, to walking through the door, and even a few days after my purchase, Michael was incredible to work with. He listened to my concerns, my fears, and what I wanted most out of my new vehicle and delivered exactly what I wanted! All while checking in on me, answering my questions, and making sure I was happy and ready to make my decision. I never once felt rushed or pressured throughout the process. My experience at this location has always been top notch! I typically get anxious taking my car into the “shop” but the employees here are welcoming, knowledgeable and the lounge to wait in while your car is being serviced is quite nice. It’s truly a pleasant experience all around at Toyota of Cedar Park. If you are hesitant about your next purchase, just know you’re in good hands here and ask for Michael! More

Legit, we only had one Toyota we were willing to buy- the RAV4 hybrid Woodland edition and if you know anything about this model they are hard to come by. Belinda went above and beyond from that first interaction via the phone listening to my needs and let me know that they had one, yes ONE, Woodland coming to their dealership and offered to hold that for us with a deposit (completely refundable) for us to see, test drive, and make a decision if the vehicle fit our needs. Belinda kept me informed every step on the way since it took a few weeks for the vehicle to arrive with texts and was accessible with any questions I had without hesitation. When we arrived to the dealership I felt at ease the moment she greeted us, her warmth preceded her. At no point during our interactions with her did we feel pressured, rushed, or forced to make any decisions in an urgent manner. Belinda was collaborative warm and approachable- at no point was there any slimy-ness with my interactions with her that sadly, are often present in dealers. All the little touches and details down to the bow on my new vehicle made this experience memorable and pleasant!
