Your staff found a tire to do the job at an excellent price and installed them in one day. It is the best choice that was available. The ride, though, is not what would have been given by the Michelin tires. It is softer, and less stable, but that is not something you control. A written statement of the warranty terms for the tires is not provided. It should be. I am expected to trust that the verbal explanation of the warranty is correct, that I will remember the terms, and that the will be honored should I have need to use the warranty. More

Glad to have found a new home for my GTI.. This was the first time I visited this Autobarn location since my original dealer closed their doors. I have to say I was impressed across the board. This was the first time I visited this Autobarn location since my original dealer closed their doors. I have to say I was impressed across the board. I was greeted immediately by Jonathan Smith before I even got into the service area! The lounge is huge and comfortable, there's snacks, coffee and water. Even iPad devices for surfing the web. They go through all of the services with you, make sure you understand pricing and timing and even provide a shuttle or a loaner car if you need one. Plus they have lots of VW enthusiasts on staff, so it makes it even more of an inviting environment. I look forward to the next visit, and I know my car is in great hands! More
