Even now, I waited weeks to write this review, nervous something would happen to negate the wonderful experience I had, but nothing bad has happened. The only thing since my purchase was a reimbursement check for $21 for something they over charged me for that they alone caught and brought to my attention . I appreciate that and everyone there. After having our car stolen we looked dealership after dealership for a new car. Joseph the sales person and Bella who contacted my wife about this location, made the process easy and helpful. They dealt with us for hours even after closing time, they were the only ones left with us to help us answer all our question, especially Jonathan!! In the end they helped us find a deal that we can work on. If you ever come to Koeppel Hyundai in Long Island City location, I encourage you to ask for Jonathan Stegner as the salesperson. Genuine, friendly, and patient character. he will answer you the same question even if you asked 15 times. Closing time is 8pm on Thursday, he stayed with us from 7:30pm until past 10pm!! Joe the manager, great personality and really helpful also! Over all, if I am to buy another Hyundai, this is my place to come back to no doubt.
