Jonathan helped use with the purchase of our new RAV4. Sales person is very nice. I did feel like there some times where the managers that sat with us were there to intimidate us, which I didn’t like. Especially as a girl coming in I did feel like there some times where the managers that sat with us were there to intimidate us, which I didn’t like. Especially as a girl coming into the car space, a difficult and tough place to navigate, I just didn’t like that. Otherwise I was able to get my car and so far, not yet certain, feel like I can get the support I need if there are issues. More

Absolutely need an appointment and the earlier in the day the better. I found that purchasing my car later in the afternoon. My sales person seemed rushed because he knew he wanted to go home. He really did the better. I found that purchasing my car later in the afternoon. My sales person seemed rushed because he knew he wanted to go home. He really did not take the time to go over the car, even though it was very similar to the 2021 but there were some changes. I had to have two different sales people come out and sit in the car with me and help me with the screen and setting up some of the other things. My first experience in 2021 was much more relaxed , and less rushed More
