Shady, much more so than any dealer I've bought from. It took 3 weeks to deliver my vehicle because the vehicle wasn’t even inspected when it was on the lot and I was the one that had to alert them of the vehicle check engine light. I was given new repair time wasn’t even inspected when it was on the lot and I was the one that had to alert them of the vehicle check engine light. I was given new repair time frames about 7 times that I just had to laugh at some point. I kept getting lame excuses like the parts were on back order due to Covid back order issues. The process was so bad to closing that I even had to sign a whole new set of documents 3 weeks later than the first set… who wants to sit with F&I twice?!?! From the sales process to the handling by management without any extra customer service to the obviously bad service and/or parts departments, it’s very unlikely I’d go back to a Clay Cooley dealership! More

When they brought me out a white vehicle after I said any color but white, I should have known that Clay Cooley was not the type of dealership to make a vehicle purchase. They do not stand by their products color but white, I should have known that Clay Cooley was not the type of dealership to make a vehicle purchase. They do not stand by their products with action. After I brought my recently purchased vehicle back to them for the 3rd time due to the check engine light coming on again, they told me they expect me to pay $3500 for a fuel injector system, oil change, & coolant flush that their mechanics were not able to detect needed fixing before the vehicle was sold to me. How can I trust them to repair what they should have already known? Each of the times that I have brought the vehicle for the check engine light coming on, I have watched multiple people be put into rental/loaner car vehicles. So, is Nissan having a problem with the mechanics of their vehicles or is Clay Cooley Nissan just a unsavory dealership? More
