Corwin is the worst dealership ever and do not care about their customers. We bought a new car and sold it back within 6 months. Rick is an untrustworthy finance department employee who only looks out for hi their customers. We bought a new car and sold it back within 6 months. Rick is an untrustworthy finance department employee who only looks out for his own interests and does not care about helping customers receive the best value for their money. Sales Manager Robert treats customers very poorly with intentions of upselling the customer. Jennifer lied on the phone and in person when taking care of me. Master Tech Jeff was incompetent and did not know how to diagnose my vehicle and returned it in unsafe condition. Corwin's technicians lied about changing parts, and damaged the vehicle during repairs. After returning for the same problem 4 times, we were confident that Corwin's technicians did not have the level of expertise to maintain the car. The car was at the service department for 5 weeks out of the 6 months we owned it, and nothing was ever fixed. I asked for an appraisal, when the car was in the service department for 2 weeks, and it was not done. We always experienced huge hassles getting things done at Corwin and there were problems each and every time. Because of Corwin's horrible employee culture, lack of internal communication, multiple mistakes, and empty promises, we sold our brand new 2025 Honda 6 months after buying. If you buy a Honda, look elsewhere. Poor Management, poor service, and poor technicians. So happy to not ever have to deal with them again. More

We had an outstanding experience with Jonathan Schriever and Sales Manager Ty at Corwin Honda on May 24, 2025, when we traded in our vehicle for an Acura RDX. I have previously written reviews praising the and Sales Manager Ty at Corwin Honda on May 24, 2025, when we traded in our vehicle for an Acura RDX. I have previously written reviews praising the exceptional service and integrity of their sales department. The offer we received for the RDX was very fair, and we got exactly what we wanted for our trade-in. While I’m quite knowledgeable about cars, my husband isn't as familiar, but I was impressed by Jonathan's extensive knowledge. Despite the dealership being busy, the entire process was handled efficiently and took only three hours. We are definitely planning to work with Jonathan again when we buy a new truck, and I hope this review encourages others to do the same. More

Jonathon was awesome! We recently had our previous Honda totaled and were looking to replace it. We came in with a few different cars we were looking at and he spent a lot We recently had our previous Honda totaled and were looking to replace it. We came in with a few different cars we were looking at and he spent a lot of time helping us test drive a few different models and talking to us about our options in a very kind and patient way without trying to pressure us to make a sale. He was very up-to-date with the different vehicles and knowledgeable. While we ended up going with a different vehicle at another dealership that fit our needs better, we can't emphasize enough how much we appreciate how much time he spent helping us make at-ease during a stressful week for us and giving us the time and space to look at all our options. While we didn't get a Honda this time, next time we need to we hope to get it from Jonathon! More
