We conducted the majority of our pre-purchase process online and via telephone where Eric Shin answered all our questions and we got what we felt was a great deal. They prepped everything the day before the 1 January holiday for us to come in the next day and sign the paperwork. We drove up from Virginia to New York to pick up our SUV. The Penn Toyota's sales and financial staff, Joni Glantz and Sean Haghighi were waiting and ready for us to conduct a test drive and sign the remaining paperwork. The whole staff made our purchase a very enjoyable experience. More

We learned that their business has been family owned for over 40 years, and you experience that feeling of family when you work with their helpful staff. They remember your names, introduce you to each team member who you'll be working with, and they go above & beyond to be helpful. Joni Glanz took us for a test drive of the car we were interested in, and during that time she answered all questions that we had with great skill. When we decided to buy the car she took care of every aspect of the purchase. This dealership is one stop shopping. The license plates, insurance transfer from our last car, insurance I.D. cards, everything imaginable was completed before we left the showroom. (No hours of waiting on the long lines at the DMV-yay!!) At no time did we feel the uncomfortable pressure tactics that some dealers use. We didn't expected to take the car home that day, but since we live over an hour away we were happy when they made that happen for us. They've thought of everything imaginable to provide a seamless, pleasant experience. The price that they quote covers everything. Unlike some dealers, there are no costly, sneaky "add on" fees which can really drive up the price of the vehicle. Joni does her job very efficiently & she was a pleasure to work with. When it came to financing, Nick Volonakis patiently guided us through each step with well informed, helpful & professional expertise.
