I had a superior car buying and delivery experience at this dealership. I came in with a very specific idea of what I wanted and my sales team of Dynae Danakos and Brad Rafter worked very hard to find it this dealership. I came in with a very specific idea of what I wanted and my sales team of Dynae Danakos and Brad Rafter worked very hard to find it for me. They made me feel like they were very invested in my satisfaction. It felt more like a partnership than a sales experience - something I have not found before in my car buying experiences at Audi or Lexus. When my car arrived, Jonny Pham spent two hours with me to ensure I fully understood all the capabilities of my new, beautiful car. The dealership was closing but he remained focused on making sure he shared all the important features he wanted me to know. That level of dedication is hard to find - but it was my consistent experience at Mercedes Sudbury. I give this dealership my highest recommendation! More

I had a great hassle free buying experience. When I walked in, I was greated by the lovely Mrs. Sharon. Jay Tang did a great job showing me around. He showed me the different cars and had great knowledge. Once I knew the car that I wanted, he was great in getting the deal set up. The manager, Mike Yousif made the purchase process very easy without the annoying going back and forth to "check with my manager." I was so impressed that i putchased the car that day. I am very happy with my purchase experience. The product specialist, Johnny Pham was amazing! His knowledge of the car was incredible. He did a great job teaching me real world uses of the complicated car. I was somewhat scared of the car as I had to take my eyes off the road constantly to make adjustments. Johnny showed me how to use the built in systems to easily make the changes. I am so glad that I went back to do the training! More

He was able to understand our learning curve and adapt to us as older users of technology. We appreciated learning about the safety features as well as the bells and whistles we may not have discovered Jonny’s knowledge of the Mercedes-Benz product combined with his appreciation of these beautiful driving machines made him a great instructor.
