Saena made this experience for me and my husband very comfortable. I never felt like I was being sold. It felt like I had an old friend showing me cars and giving me advice. Before leaving with the car she made sure we were set up with someone on her team to take us through the details of the car and made sure we felt comfortable driving it off the lot. I don’t know about you but I don’t have time to figure out how each feature works - so this was gold for me. She checked in throughout the process and even a couple weeks after. So friendly! More
